Dog Races Into Field On Hearing Farmer’s Whistle, But Scene That Unfolds Takes A Hilarious Turn

Lurchers are a breed of dog that most people haven’t heard about. A lurcher is a breed that is quite a fascinating mix. They’re a sighthound mated with another breed; usually a terrier type of dog.

Lurchers are typically used as hunting dogs or for pest control as they’re quite nimble creatures. In fact, they’re usually quick animals used in dog racing.

Megan the Lurcher, like the rest of her breed, is a very fast and highly energetic pup. But this gorgeous dog has gained somewhat of an internet following. How? Well, it’s all thanks to a humorous video of her running through some crops.

In the video below, we see Megan and her best friend Molly, a small Jack Russell, who are out on a walk around the farm. Molly and Megan are out on a beautiful sunny day with their owner when they decide to go ‘all-terrain’ on their adventure.

Megan the lurcher decides to take her casual stroll in a more energetic direction

Megan and Molly start strolling down a grassy path alongside a field of tall crops. Molly started biting the tall grass and as the two hear a whistle, they soon prick up their ears. Immediately, Megan the lurcher can’t hold herself back and she bolts into the crop field.

Molly is completely unseen in the field as she’s so small, but even Megan the lurcher is hidden, that is until she begins leaping like a kangaroo.

All you see is the crops beginning to rustle and then out of nowhere, Megan begins soaring through the sky like a dolphin leaping out of the water. It is a hilarious sight and the music added in the background just makes it even more comical. She’s like a little kangaroo!

Watch Megan the hilarious lurcher leap like a kangaroo through the tall crop field in the video below. Also, at Happiest we love hearing all of your opinions. So please let us know what you thought of the article in the comment section. ?
