Young Girl Starts To Sing Elvis Classic And Her Quirky Rendition Will Leave You With Chills All Over

By - 8th February 2018

The King of Rock’n’Roll may be gone, but his music lives on forever in his fans and the numerous artists who cover his songs. While nobody can be better than Elvis Presley’s original songs, some people have created beautiful covers of his songs and this is no exception.

Grace Vanderwaal is a young singer from New York, with over 1 million subscribers to her YouTube channel. Playing the ukulele and singing, Grace has covered lots of popular artists, putting her own quirky spin on the classic songs.

At the tender age of 12-years-old, Grace entered the popular television programme, America’s Got Talent, and won over the American public with her amazing talent. She went on to win the show, singing her original songs.

Grace began writing her own songs from a young age and she continues to go from strength to strength as she has developed from singing at local open mic nights to performing at music awards and the Special Olympics Opening Ceremony.

In this video, Grace strips it back to her original videos, before the fame came. Sitting on a wooden porch, with her ukulele in hand, she sings a folky rendition of the classic Elvis Presley song, ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’.

Check out Grace’s beautiful cover of the romantic song for yourself and if you love it, share her talent with your friends and brighten up their day. 🐝
