Pink’s Brand New Music Video Features Her Daughter And Women Everywhere Need To Hear It

By - 2nd February 2018

P!nk is known for her empowering ballads and her beautiful messages to girls everywhere of their power and beauty in the face of adversity. So it makes sense that in her latest music video, she would put on a beautiful, intimate performance for her fans, including her doting daughter.

P!nk’s latest music video for ‘Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken’ fittingly includes her 6-year-old daughter, Willow, as she sings her words of wisdom to her.

P!nk is a driving force behind promoting feminism and inspiring women to be their best selves and this video is nothing short of that. Stripped back to just a black and white screen, with P!nk standing and speaking to her audience in a plain white top, it is clear that the only thing she wants people to take away from this music video, is the power of her words.

There’s not enough rope to tie me down / There’s not enough tape to shut this mouth / The stones you throw can make me bleed / But I won’t stop until we’re free / Wild hearts can’t be broken.

Alongside the release of this music video, P!nk has also announced her campaign with UNICEF to raise money in honour of girls and women.

As a UNICEF Ambassador, I am proud to work with an organization that supports and empowers women and children around the world. In honor of this incredible organization, in honor of this video for ‘Wild Hearts’ and in honor of girls and women all over the world standing up for themselves, I am going to be making a donation in all of your names to this wonderful organization, and I encourage you to do the same if the spirit moves you.

Well P!nk’s latest music video certainly has me moved and punching the air in solidarity.

P!nk’s support and campaign to work to make the world a better place, is inspiring to say the least. Unsurprisingly, the song was inspired by the Suffragette movement that saw women fighting for their rights back in the early 20th century.

Watch the beautiful music video below to hear P!nk’s empowering lyrics and have your heart strings tugged at as she speaks to her daughter. I think it’s safe to say little Willow is growing up in safe hands.

If you were moved by P!nk’s latest video, share the powerful message with your friends. ?
