People are split into two groups. Those who think looking young is a bad thing and those who think it’s a good thing. Adults in their only twenties will generally think it’s a bad thing. Because they’re the ones getting carded and their ID checked to get into bars and buy drinks. Older people might think it’s a good thing if you look younger and healthier. Although, the two aren’t mutually exclusive. However, when television viewers thought they caught a child smoking, it created a whole new issue…
Turkish soccer teams Bursaspor and Fenerbahce played in a friendly match last week. They played for charities supporting kids with down syndrome, autism, and leukaemia. As the game was intended to help children, the camera crews did their best too. They tried to pick out the children in the crowd, so they could watch back on the telly and be proud of themselves. Imagine going into school the next day and everyone being so jealous!
However, this became a problem when one child started smoking. There was an immediate response from fans, many of whom wrote in. It caused quite a stir on social media, too. People were asking the whereabouts of the child and were genuinely concerned for his safety.
The Smoking Child
However, it turned out that the “child” in question was a 36-year-old man! He had taken his son to the game and was mistaken for a child. His age is a little clearer in the photo below:
However, the Bursaspor fan could still be in hot water. Turkey has a smoking ban in public places, including football stadiums. So, he may have to pay a fine after all! Better than having to go home and tell his mom he was caught smoking…
