Figure skating is without a doubt one of the most beautiful sports to watch. It combines dancing with gymnastics and takes an incredible amount of skill to pull off some of the intricate and high flying moves that these dances train years to learn.
But olympic skaters, John and Sinead Kerr took it to a whole other level with their daring routine at the 2008 world figure skating championships in Sweden. As you can probably guess from the outfits, the duo are from Scotland and are actually brother and sister.
The pair of know for their unique brand of freestyle skating and they certainly know how to entertain a crowd. Although the routine was very risky, they managed to pull it off perfectly and it’s easy to see why they’re so highly regarded in the figure skating world.
