Kids Recreate Oscar-Nominated Movie Scenes And It’s The Most Adorable Thing You’ll See Today

By - 16th March 2018

Who doesn’t love sitting down and watching a good movie? There’s nothing better than getting lost in a strong narrative. But if you’re feeling extra fantastic, you can take the movies to a whole new level. That’s what the Storino family did. Maggie Storino, a mother-of-three started the “Don’t call me Oscar” project after receiving a black tutu for her baby girl.

She took a photo of her daughter wearing it with a ‘Black Swan’ feel and the online feedback was very positive.

“One family’s journey through the best picture nominees.”

With each year comes more phenomenal movies. But fear not, this family don’t plan on missing any of these Oscar-nominated films.

Thanks to the main models Sophia, 7, Sadie, 5, and Sloane, 2, the family have managed to create epic recreations of some iconic movie scenes. The gang has now gained more extras as the project grew in notoriety.

Below we have selected some of our favourites from the project, for your viewing pleasure. We hope you enjoy.
