Forget Christmas cards this year, Christmas music videos are apparently where it’s at!
Christmas cards can become boring and monotonous after a while, so this family found a new way to spread the Christmas cheer. For the past five years in a row, the family of eight children and their parents, have choreographed and recorded a dance video for their relatives, and the videos are brilliant.
Dancing to upbeat Christmas tunes, the family certainly know how to celebrate festively as they dance, tumble and slide around their living room floor. The routines are well executed, and it’s quite impressive that they managed to choreograph such detailed routines. There must be a professional dancer in the family!
Wearing their mom’s Christmas sweaters, the eight siblings dance to a Pentatonix song that leads into Mariah Carey’s ‘All I want for Christmas is you’. The parents join towards the end of the song for the finale, accompanied by a few added additions this year…
The family have recorded these videos over the past five years, and since the beginning, some of the siblings have got married and had kids of their own. Some of the next generation even make it into the end of this year’s video.
I can’t wait to see what their next video routine is like! This is one family tradition that I’m sure will continue for many more years to come.
Watch the video for yourself. It’s impossible not to get in the Holiday cheer as you watch their infectious routine. If you loved watching this family tradition, be sure to share the Christmas cheer with your friends! 🐝
